The man named Tran Huu Dien, 55 year old, is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at his home.
Dien was prosecuted by the police of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City and continued to investigate.
This person was released on bail for the act of Obscenity against a person under the age of 16.
According to the investigation, Mr. Dien’s wife is an elementary school teacher.
She takes in 6 students at noon at her house, including an 11-year-old girl.
On March 17, 2023, a group of students were brought home by their teacher for lunch on the second floor.

Tran Huu Dien slept in the students’ lunch break area and was accused of lewd behavior with an 11-year-old girl.
The victim told her mother later.
The family took the child to the police to report the incident.
