Information from the authorities in Hanoi – On the morning of August 27, 2021, a woman named Ha was convicted by the People’s Court of Dong Da District, Hanoi as a crime against public official, according to Clause 1, Article 330, of the Code criminal, with the perception that it was dangerous to society during the peak of Covid-19 prevention.
Since 2015, Ha has rented a house on Pham Ngoc Thach street, Dong Da district, running a karaoke bar. In August 2017, this establishment had its certificate of satisfaction of security and order conditions revoked and was ordered to stop operating, but this person continued to open the door to welcome guests.
