Forging documents of agencies and organizations, using fake documents of agencies and organizations; Misuse of trust in appropriation of property, pursuant to articles 188, 341 and 175 of the 2015 Penal Code.
At the end of 2018, taking advantage of the policy of temporary import and re-export of cars from Laos to Vietnam, Hung spent 1.5 billion dong to buy 4 cars from Laos, forged papers and sold many billion dong of illicit profits.
By the end of 2018 to March 2019, the Hung-led line forged over 400 sets of papers for smuggled cars and stolen motorcycles; Each of these fake documents is sold from 2.5 to 3 million VND.
