Information from the authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – this agency has arrested a person named Thuan and 3 other suspects to investigate the act of stealing property from passersby.
The victim’s name is N from Thai Binh, he rides a motorbike on Kenh 9, Tan Nhut commune, Binh Chanh district. On the way, he was attacked by Thuan and two young men with knives.
Vietnamese detective – Anh N tri ho, increased the gas and ran away. Thuan’s group was afraid of being discovered, so they also got in the car and fled the scene.
The Binh Chanh district scout entered the investigation and caught Thuan after the victim reported it. Three other suspects were also detained later.
In mid-October, they stopped the man’s car on Ba Diem street, Binh Chanh district to rob. The victim resisted, the bandits waved knives and needles, threatened and took all the money.
