According to the leader of the Department of Education and Training, the incident occurred at approximately 15:00 on 10/12 in Hoi An Park (the area near Nguyen Trai High School, Truong Thi Ward).
H.A is participating in rehearsals, preparing for the opening ceremony of the 10th Phu Dong Health Association in Thanh Hoa province when he was stabbed to death by an outside object.
