The incident happened when the girl was swinging from the back of a motorcycle driven by a young man and was dragged on the road.
The male driver stopped the car from the car, walked down the road and kicked the motorbike driver (the robber) with his foot.
The robber robbed the property, so the girl ran after him and swung into the back of the robber’s car.
The girl did not let go of the motorbike, so she was dragged for a while.
The robber fell out of the car and was controlled by people and handed over to the local police.
The robber is being detained for investigation of robbery.
