Hoang Hoa district police arrested 3 subjects for illegally arresting people, Vietnam private detective service agency 2024.
These three people are said to have violated the law in the area, Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam.
Three people were arrested: Hoang Van Bon, Nguyen Huu Hoang and Tran Dinh Linh for illegally arresting people in Vietnam.
According to the investigation, Bon pawned a motorbike at a pawn shop in But Son town, Hoang Hoa district, Vietnam for 5 million VND.
Although he had not paid in full, Bon still sent someone to pick up the motorbike. Mr. L.H.N., the pawnshop employee, did not agree to return the motorbike.
Bon, Hoang and Linh went to Mr. N.’s room, forced him onto his motorbike, and then took him to a deserted place to beat him.
The case is being investigated and clarified by the police and Vietnamese private detectives.
