These five people include: Trinh Phuc Khanh, Nguyen Anh Tu, Bui Thai Duy, Vu Minh Chien and Mai Xuan Khanh.
Thanh Hoa detective ahency, All five of these people reside in Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province.
On the evening of May 26, 2024, the subjects invited each other to a billiards bar in Dong Son ward, Thanh Hoa city.
Khanh invited the remaining suspects to steal car mirrors to sell to pay off debt.
The subjects discovered a Honda CRV car parked in front of a mechanical workshop, unattended, so they stopped and stole two rearview mirrors.
The subjects continued to move to Tho Xuong commune, stealing 2 more rearview mirrors of Toyota Fortuner brand cars.
The subjects sold it to a car mirror store for 1.4 million VND.
