According to the initial investigation, on January 1, 2023, Mr. L.N.T. Born in 1963, residing in Yen Hoa ward, parked his Honda City car in front of the apartment building where he lives at 7 Vu Pham Ham street, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi.
At about 5:40 a.m. on January 2, Q.H.C. passing by while exercising, used a charger with a needle attached to it to puncture Mr. L.N.T’s car tire.
The subject’s criminal behavior was discovered and caught red-handed by the Yen Hoa Ward Police working group.
Similar to the above behavior, in the early morning of December 29, 2023, Mr. L.N.T.’s car. also suffered from Q.H.C. While exercising, he used a needle to puncture the right rear tire.
Q.H.C. confessed that while going to the gym, he saw Mr. T.’s car parked in the way, so he punctured the tire to spite himself.
The case is being handled and clarified by the General Investigation Team – Cau Giay District Police, Ha Noi, Vietnam.
