Duy and Mrs. N.’s family had conflicts in their daily activities. Duy was angry and sought revenge.
At around 0:00 on October 25, Duy had the idea of setting fire to take revenge on Mrs. N’s family.
Vietnam detective service – Duy set fire to Mrs. N’s house but it did not burn.
Immediately afterwards, Duy went home, took a mini gas can, lit it and set it on fire.
Mr. N.V.D. Living nearby discovered Duy’s incident. Duy threw gasoline into Mr. D.’s house and a fire broke out.
Mrs. N.’s family members ran upstairs, climbed out the window and jumped to the ground.
Authorities arrived at the scene, extinguished the fire and arrested suspect Duy.
