Cao Bang police have just arrested a special wanted person Nong Thi Phuong Lan, born in 1965, in Hanoi, on the act of illegally transporting drugs.
Nong Thi Phuong Lan was arrested while hiding in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Lan is involved in the illegal transportation and trading of narcotics investigated and discovered by the police of Cao Bang province.
