Police of An Hai Tay ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang Vietnam, according to the patrol plan, discovered a group of drug users at 3:05 am on May 17 when checking An Trung 2 apartment building on Ngo Quyen Street, Da Nang.
Vietnam Detective – People named Phu Don Hung (34 years old) and Nguyen Xuan Khanh (23 years old, living in Quang Tri), Truong Thi Dieu Anh (25 years old, residing in Da Nang), Nguyen Thi Phuong (27 years old, resident of Quang Nam) gathered at this apartment. Police confiscated four loudspeakers, one flashlight, four people all tested positive for drugs.
Senior Colonel Phan Minh Man, Chief of Police of Son Tra District, Da Nang, said that the act of organizing drug use is under investigation. These four people were administratively handled for not complying with regulations on prevention and control of the Covid19 epidemic.
