Police of Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu have just arrested Nguyen Chi Vu and Lam Thai Tung, both living in Bac Lieu city, to investigate property robbery.
At around 6:00 p.m. on June 1, 2024, two men went to a cafe in Vinh Hau A commune, Hoa Binh district to buy goods.
These two men then staged a scene to buy gasoline, then suddenly snatched the necklace from the shop owner’s neck.
Vietnam detective service agency, The female shop owner chased the two subjects, but they quickly escaped the scene.
The victim went to the police to report being robbed of a 2 tael gold necklace.
Hoa Binh district police investigated and arrested Vu and Tuong.
