The Police investigation agency of Huu Lung district Police said they had prosecuted the defendant and detained Nguyen Da Thuan.
Thuan, 30 years old, residing in Hai Phong, charged with theft of property, according to Clause 3, Article 173 of the Penal Code in Vietnam.
