This guy asked B.V.V. in Dai Loc district, Quang Nam, looking to rent 10 bank accounts to receive money for help.
Mr. B.V.V. Knowing that Phan Tan Truong already opened many bank accounts, he actively contacted and agreed to buy and sell 10 bank accounts with the amount of 200,000 VND/account.
Detective in Hue – On November 16, Google Pay announced that it had transferred a total payment of 130,000 USD.
The bank also informed the School of a large amount of foreign currency transferred to the accounts.
The school discussed Tran Cong Trieu and 2 other people living in Dai Loc district, Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue province to withdraw money from the bank.
The subjects withdrew more than 2.6 billion VND and transferred this amount to Tran Cong Trieu (now living in Hue City).
When the money was in the account, Trieu withdrew all of it and kept it in a motel room in Phu Hoi ward (Hue City) and told Truong to go to Trieu’s room to hide in order to appropriate all the money.
After receiving the report, the police took professional measures to focus on investigating and verifying the case.
