According to information from the authorities, the police department of Duong Minh Chau Tay Ninh district, Vietnam has made a criminal detention decision for Mr. NHN, who is a biology teacher at Phuoc Minh secondary school to conduct investigations of lewd behavior with people under the age of 16, who have allegedly done so in the past.
