This group brought homemade knives and weapons along with motorbikes with removed license plates and moved to the city center.

This group then entered central streets such as Dien Bien Phu, Le Duan, Tran Phu, and 2/9, causing chaos on the streets of Da Nang.
24 teenagers involved were invited to work, Danang detective agency;
Of which, 9 people — aged from 16 to 19 — were prosecuted and temporarily detained by the authorities to investigate the crime of “Disturbing public order” under Clause 2, Article 318 of the Penal Code.
Police confiscated evidence including 8 motorbikes, a 2.8 meter long three-pointed metal tube, a 3.2 meter long homemade knife, a 4.6 meter long iron tube, three other homemade knives, and a pepper spray can.
The authorities are expanding the investigation to clarify the role of each individual in the incident to handle it according to the law.
