Binh Duong police, Vietnam has prosecuted and temporarily detained Tran Kim Phuoc, residing in Binh Duong province, Vietnam.
Vietnamese detectives agency, this person was arrested to investigate and clarify the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property.
According to the investigation, from April 2016, Phuoc worked as the chief accountant for W.J. Company. He quit his job in July 2021.
Phuoc falsified the declaration to register to open a bank account to pay salaries to employees, then illegally appropriated the salary.
The director approved the employee’s salary, Phuoc received the salary after the director approved it.
Phuoc appropriated more than 945 million VND from the company. The case is being further investigated and clarified by Binh Duong police.
