These two people, Ngo Thi Thu, was born in 1980, in Yen My district, Hung Yen province and Vu Van Khanh was born in 1992, in Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province, Vietnam.
The two men confessed to the authorities that illegally emigrated to China to go to work, the authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify – the Vietnamese detective service.
