On the evening of February 15, 2026, in Hoa Binh Ward, Hai Phong City, Mr. V.V.K., a local police officer, was on patrol duty.
Hai Phong detectives services, during his patrol, he noticed a group of young men riding motorcycles.
They were revving their engines and weaving dangerously through the streets.
Vietnam detective, their actions caused public disorder in the area.
When he approached to warn them, the group refused to comply and instead assaulted him, repeatedly striking his head and face, leaving him injured and requiring hospitalization.
Following the incident, Hai Phong City Police promptly launched an investigation and summoned those involved, Hai Phong detective service.
On February 23, 2026, authorities arrested two individuals identified as the ringleaders to investigate charges of disturbing public order and intentional infliction of injury.
The case is currently under further investigation in accordance with the law.
