The working group discovered Phuc wearing a People’s Police uniform with the rank of Major with suspicious behavior, so they invited him to the headquarters.
At the investigation agency, Phuc confessed to buying the police uniform and badge through the social network Facebook for 1.8 million VND.
Phuc wore this uniform to pretend to be a police officer, went out on the street to film a clip and post it online, to attract attention.
