Former director was investigated for money fraud

Ha Hai Dang gave false information about needing to borrow money to complete maturity procedures for customers at the bank.

However, in reality, Dang uses it to invest in real estate and pay off personal debt.

Many people lent Dang 14 billion VND and could not get the loaned money back.

The investigation agency accused Mr. Nguyen Van Dung and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien of helping Dang.

The young man got in the car and left immediately afterwards.

Destroyed the Mercedes because of the conflict

Due to a conflict over money, a Chinese man named Lou TianHua used a golf club to hit the Mercedes GLC 200 many times.

All car windows and mirrors were broken and dented around the car. Estimated damage is more than 250 million VND.

The People’s Procuracy of Bac Ninh province approved the decision to prosecute the defendant and ordered the temporary arrest of Luo TianHua, a Chinese national, for intentional damage to property.

Young man hit a police officer and broke his leg

Police of Hoa Binh province, Vietnam reported that a young man driving a motorbike hit a police officer and broke his leg.

Lac Thuy district police have issued a decision to temporarily detain Ngo Van Ngoc Duy, from Thanh Hoa, for disturbing public order.

At about 11:10 a.m., February 11, 2024, Lac Thuy District Police were on duty at km77+100 National Highway 21A.

The police discovered a motorbike with registration number 36N1-167.65 driven by Ngo Van Ngoc Duy, carrying behind Nguyen Huu D.

The police gave the signal to stop the car, Duy did not comply, but accelerated and crashed into Captain Nguyen Viet Thang.

Thang had a broken right leg, Nguyen Huu D had a broken right leg, and motorcycle license plate 36N1-167.65 was slightly damaged.

Through testing the alcohol concentration of Ngo Van Ngoc Duy, the police discovered that this person had an alcohol concentration violation of 91mg/dl;

Robbed a bank to pay off debt during Tet

Dinh Khuong Linh owed money from gambling, so he took a knife and broke into the Vietinbank transaction office in Cua Lo town, stealing 46 million VND.

Linh, 38 years old, residing in Nghi Dien commune, Vinh city, Vietnam, is being detained by Nghe An Provincial Police to investigate the crime of Robbery, according to Article 168 of the Penal Code in Vietnam.

On February 1, Linh covered a mask, held a knife and rushed into the transaction office located in Thu Thuy ward, Cua Lo town.

Linh stole 46 million VND, ran out and drove a motorbike to escape towards Vinh City, Nghe An, Vietnam.
