Information from the authorities in Sa Dec city said that the police lieutenant named Nguyen Thanh Chon and his teammates rushed to control the man who was suspected of being intoxicated, holding a stick to chase people in Sa Dec city.
In this case, a 43-year-old man with an unusual expression, held a stick to chase a young man in front of a cafe in Ward 1, Sa Dec City on the morning of May 28, 2021. At the scene, the victim panicked and ran to the toilet of the cafe to hide, not stopping there, the man standing outside continued to curse and threaten.
Lieutenant Nguyen Thanh Chon and lieutenant Le Huynh Nghia were present at the scene shortly after, and the people rushed to control the man, stripped the weapon, and brought it to the headquarters, after receiving information from the people.
