The police of Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi, prosecuted the defendant and temporarily detained Le Tuan Duc, 23 years old, in Thuong Tin district, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Duc declared at the police station that before the Lunar New Year, while driving a white Mazda 3 on Hoang Quoc Viet Street, he was hit by a bus.
Immediately afterwards, Duc drove the bus and threatened the bus driver with a knife, slashing the tire.
The driver and passengers on the bus recorded the incident and then posted it on social networks.
The bus tire was torn and the car’s glass was partially scratched, causing 18 million VND in property damage.
Duc presented himself to Bac Tu Liem District Police on February 20, 2024.
