The incident happened at about 20:00 on October 23, 2021, a man named Phan Tan Thuong drove a car BKS 35A-222.90 from the epidemic area of Y Yen district to Ninh Binh city.
When this person came to the Covid-19 epidemic control point at Non Nuoc bridge, Ninh Binh city, Vietnam. He was asked by the authorities here to stop the car to make a medical declaration.
He stopped but then, Thuong continued to press the accelerator and ran straight into the traffic policeman on duty, injuring him.
