According to information from the authorities, the authorities simultaneously checked 3 drug stores in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai Vietnam, the police agency prosecuted the case with tax evasion on 28 / 1/2021. The drugstores named Man Son Minh, Sy Man and Son Minh Co., Ltd are believed to have signs of tax evasion as stipulated in Article 200 of the penal code in Vietnam.
Vietnamese detective – In this incident, the police raided and inspected three drugstores believed to have committed violations. Accordingly, Son Minh Company, established for nearly 30 years, is the largest pharmaceutical distribution system in Dong Nai province in Vietnam. A few years ago, this business started to expand many drugstores in Dong Nai province.
Armed police suddenly raided and inspected 3 business points (also warehouses) of Son Minh company’s pharmacy by the end of December 2020. Many drugs and functional foods of unknown origin, no Invoices and vouchers, estimated at about 5 billion VND, were transported to the headquarters by functional forces.
Authorities continue to investigate to clarify the violations of this company.
