Information provided from the investigative police agency, Cao Bang Provincial Police, Vietnam about a serious fraud case.
The police agency has decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and order the arrest and detention of Nong Thi Phuong, who is said to have cheated with a large amount of money, more than 50 billion VND.
Phuong, a resident of Group 8, Tan Giang ward, Cao Bang city, Vietnam, was prosecuted for fraud, abusing trust, and appropriating property.
The police received a complaint from many people about being abused by Phuong to obtain a large amount of money, the victims were inside and outside the province.
From 2018 to October 2021, with the trick of using high interest rates, taking money from the latter to pay the former, Phuong appropriated an amount of over VND 50 billion.
