Two young men riding a motorbike without a license plate robbed this gold shop, Ho Chi Minh detective agency.
According to information from Ho Chi Minh City police in coordination with An Phu ward police, one of the two subjects sat waiting outside the gold shop.
The other person wore a mask and walked in, pretending to buy a gold ring, estimated to be worth more than 140 million VND.
When the female shop owner handed over the ring for inspection, the subject quickly grabbed it and rushed out.
The motorbike outside started and sped away. Although the gold shop staff and people around chased after them, they were unable to control them.
The police arrived at the scene, extracted data from security cameras and conducted an investigation to track down the two suspects.
