Both of these people are residing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on charges of possession and circulation of counterfeit money.
Thanh Hoa detective agency – On September 3, these two people went from Hoa Binh province to Tan Long village, Cam Long commune, Cam Thuy district (Thanh Hoa).
After that, two people went to a roadside shop and used fake money with a face value of 500,000 VND to buy two spring rolls for 130,000 VND to receive 370,000 VND in return.
Huyen and Bao were arrested shortly after this behavior was discovered.
Police seized 200 million dong of counterfeit money on the car. Authorities at the same time searched the residence of these two people in Ho Chi Minh City.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the authorities collected another billion VND of counterfeit money, all with a face value of 500,000 VND.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated with Hoa Binh Provincial Police to collect an additional 2.3 billion dong of counterfeit coins, all with a face value of 500,000 dong.
This money was hidden by Huyen at her parents’ house in Yen Tri commune, Yen Thuy district, Hoa Binh, Vietnam.
