Ho Chi Minh city police announced that the An Suong traffic police team has filed a case against a group of teenagers who were driving motorbikes in violation of the law.
This group of teenagers filmed a clip and posted it on social media.
On December 7, 2025, a group of teenagers recorded a male teenager riding a motorbike doing a wheelie in Hoc Mon commune, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
After verifying, the police invited the people involved to work.
According to the investigation, the incident occurred at around 10 p.m. on December 5 2025.
The driver was N.P.D. (14 years old), carrying L.T.N. (14 years old), on the motorbike.
When just passing Ba Trieu intersection towards Le Thi Ha, N.P.D. performed a wheelie.
The group that supported the filming of the clip included N.M.Q. (19 years old) – the driver of the motorbike carrying D.H.P. (15 years old), P sat behind and used his phone to record the scene.
Q could not present his driver’s license, Ho Chi Minh detective agency.
The police have drawn up an administrative violation report against N.P.D. for driving a one-wheeled vehicle and because people aged 14 to under 16 are not qualified to drive a motorbike.
Accordingly, N.P.D.’s vehicle was confiscated. As for N.M.Q., a report was drawn up for not having a valid driver’s license.
