Vietnam Detective Service – Nguyen Duc Vinh is 41 years old, in the town of Nui Thanh, Quang Nam, Vietnam, he called an 8-year-old girl to help him, then he raped the girl.
Vinh has been charged with child rape, he was detained for four months, the Nui Thanh District Police said on December 5, 2019.
According to authorities, Vinh commenced the crime on the afternoon of November 27, 2019, in his family’s bedroom.
The victim’s family discovered the incident and made a report to the local police. Vinh fled the locality, after three days, he went to the police to surrender.
