The man robbed the Long Thanh toll booth

The incident occurred at 4:30 on January 3, 2020, Thien jogged from Highway 51 to Long Thanh – Dau Giay highway toll station in Long Thanh town, Dong Nai province, Vietnam.

He broke into cabin number 6 of 26-year-old Duong Thi Hong Phuong, a robber who stole money and fled, leaving his sandals behind. A guard chased after this young man but could not keep up.

Vietnam detective service news – Phuong said that when she was sitting at work, a masked person came in and asked, “Is Mr. Toan here?”.

“Before I could answer, he stole the money in the drawer,” the female employee reported the incident to the police.

Upon receiving the news, Dong Nai police mobilized nearly 100 scouts to block roads around the case.

More than two hours later, Thien was arrested while hiding in Cau Xeo area, about 2 km from the scene. Searching thieves at the scene, the police seized 38 million.

“It is still unknown whether Thien is an accomplice or not,” said Colonel Nguyen Van Tho, Chief of Staff of Dong Nai Police.

On the morning of February 7, 2019, two robbers used guns to control the toll station employees on Long Thanh – Dau Giay highway, taking more than 2 billion dong.

The case is continuing to be investigated and clarified.
