Vietnamese detective service – Mr. Vi Van Phuon, 53 years old, of Quan Son town, Quan Son district, told authorities that he was startled while hunting, causing guns to stagger and shoot his wife.
According to information from the authorities, on December 5, Mr. Phuon was temporarily detained by the police of Thanh Hoa Province for unintentionally deadly acts.
The incident happened on the morning of December 1, 2019, Mr. Phuon and his wife Ngan Thi Oan (53 years old) went to the hut on the field more than one kilometer to take care of crops.
Nearly noon, relatives saw Mr. Phu Mong carry his wife’s body back.
Autopsy of the victim, the police recorded that Oan had a bullet wound through her left shoulder, which was the cause of her death.
Mr. Phuôn khai was holding a homemade gun to hunt, when his wife passed by, he was startled and pulled the trigger.
