Da Lat City Police have issued an urgent arrest warrant for Ho Cong Tuan, 31 years old, residing in Ward 6, Da Lat City.
This person was arrested for investigation of lewd behavior on a person under 16 years old.
According to the investigation results, from 2021 until now, subject Ho Cong Tuan has opened tutoring classes at home.
Tuan repeatedly committed lewd acts with baby boy G, born in 2009.
The incident was discovered by G.’s parents, so the family reported it to the police.
During the investigation, it was determined that Tuan had committed lewd acts with 3 other boys between July 2022 and present.
