This unit said it had prosecuted a young man named Toan, 22 years old; Anh, 25 years old; Cuong, 26 years old; Hung, 27 years old on charges of disturbing public order.
Toan, Anh and Cuong were detained to investigate and clarify violations.
On the night of August 3, at the night restaurant on Nguyen Luong Bang Street. Due to the conflict, Anh, Cuong, and Hung raised their voices to Toan, Bien (Toan’s girlfriend) and Huyen.
Anh took a bowl of wine and threw it at Toan’s face. Cuong also took the scissors and ran to Toan’s table.
During the fight, the scissors were thrown into the sea, causing injuries.
