Thu Duc city police, Ho Chi Minh city have identified a group of people involved in the car loading clip in Thu Thiem urban area, Thu Duc city, Vietnam.
Ho Chi Minh detective service agency – The group includes: Duong Quoc Cuong, Hoang Anh Trung and Nguyen Thanh Xuan Truong.
The police are working with the above group of people to investigate acts of disturbing public order.

Investigation showed that the incident occurred in the Dai Quang Minh project area, Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
Among the motorbikes appearing in the clip, there is one with a license plate from Binh Duong province.
The case is being investigated by Vietnamese private detective.
