On July 13, 2025, the Investigation police agency of Hai Phong city police prosecuted and detained Le Van Tien, also known as Tien Bip, 33 years old, residing in Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam on charges of gambling.
According to the investigation agency, during the expansion of a case involving gambling and organizing gambling activities in Hai Phong city, the police determined that Le Van Tien had engaged in gambling, and therefore decided to prosecute and detain him for investigation in accordance with the law.
Le Van Tien, commonly known as Tien Bip, is a social media figure famous for livestream videos selling goods and chatting with viewers in a controversial style.
He has repeatedly made shocking statements and had his TikTok account banned for violating community standards, but continues to operate on other platforms.
Currently, the case is still under investigation by Hai Phong city police.
