Initial investigation by Hanoi police, the incident happened at noon on November 22, 2021, in the area of Hoang Xa Street, Quoc Oai, Hanoi. Mr. V. was hit by a wooden stick with a traumatic brain injury and broke his legs.

Around 6pm on the same day, the police agency clarified and mobilized the perpetrator, Nguyen Van Tinh, to surrender.
Tinh admitted that, due to an emotional conflict between Tinh and Mr. V., Tinh used a wooden stick to hit the love enemy. The injury rate of Mr. V. is 49%.
Quoc Oai district police are coordinating with professional units to consolidate records and handle subjects in accordance with the law.
