According to the investigation, around February 2022, Son moved from Thanh Hoa to Hue city for the purpose of loan sharking.

Son verifies the borrower’s whereabouts and lends from VND 3 million to VND 20 million each time.
From February 2022 to the date of detention, Son gave loans to 30 people, with a total amount of 344 million VND, lending interest rates from 282%/year to 451%/year.
