The police discovered two young men riding a motorbike with license plate 29Z1-350.xx with suspicious signs, so they proceeded to check.
These two people are D.X.M. and V.V.H., the police discovered a small paper package in V.V.H.’s pocket, suspected to be drugs.
Vietnamese detective service agency, the two people confessed that the white powder was heroin, bought for use.
The working group conducted an investigation and prepared an initial file, handing over the people and evidence to the authorities for further investigation and handling.
