The police ordered the urgent arrest of Sa Viet Hoang, 23 years old, for disturbing public order.
At 10:00 p.m. on October 25, 2023, the police were on duty on National Highway 6.
Here, the police discovered a group of young men driving motorbikes without wearing helmets, violating traffic safety.
Hoang, riding a motorbike, BKS 26P1-127.89, provoked and cursed the working group on duty.
Hoang was provocative, zigzagging, swinging in front of the working group, when asked to stop.
Moc Chau district police arrested Hoang and four other young men.
Hoang violated the alcohol concentration level at 0.909 mg/L of breath, did not have a driver’s license, and did not wear a helmet.
