A young man named Mong was arrested and detained by the police of Rach Gia city, Kien Giang province for robbery.
This person rides a motorbike on many roads in Vinh Lac ward (Rach Gia city). He saw the old woman selling lottery tickets, Mong grabbed it, increased the gas and ran away.
He then sold it to a roadside lottery dealer for money to spend.
Working with the police, he admitted his behavior and claimed to have stolen lottery tickets of 3 other elderly and disabled people before.
