Hanoi detective, in the bag was a white tissue paper package containing three white crystals, suspected to be methamphetamine.
This person confessed that the powder was methamphetamine, which had just been sent to him by a friend in Bac Ninh for his own use.
The patrol team drew up a record and handed over the person, evidence and vehicle to the Phuc Loi Ward Police for further investigation and handling in accordance with Vietnamese law.
