This person went to buy a knife, then returned and seriously injured a traffic police major.
On May 15, 2023, the traffic police of Bac Kan province stopped Minh’s motorbike to measure his alcohol content.
This person was determined to have an alcohol concentration of 0.943 mg/liter of breathing air.
The working group requested coordination in making the minutes, and left.
About 10 minutes later, this person came back and suddenly stabbed the knife in the left side.
Minh was stripped of his knife and arrested on the spot for his act of resisting law enforcement officers.
The injured police officer was taken to the emergency room at Bac Kan General Hospital.
