Information from authorities in Da Nang, Vietnam – Da Nang City Court sentenced:
Nguyen Phan Lam for 10 years, Nguyen Tan Tai for 8 years and 6 months, and Ngo Van Hu for 8 years for murder.
Around 9pm on November 6, 2021, Mr. Dung and three friends were sitting at a bar on Hoang Thi Loan Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, when a group of people at a nearby table fought.
Danang detective – When Dung saw that, he intervened and returned to the table.
Lam was thrown a beer bottle by someone, causing bleeding. Lam and two drinking friends Tai and Hu stood up, looking for someone to throw but did not know who.
Lam thought Dung was the one who threw the beer bottle, so he threw 4 cups of beer in a row at Dung, then rushed to kick and hit.
Tai also took a beer bottle and beat him.
Lam, Tai and Hu attacked until Dung’s head was bleeding to stop.
Victims injured 6%. The three were later arrested.
