28 arrested for deforestation in Dak Lak

Dak Lak Provincial Police are conducting an investigation into the act of Deforestation under Article 243 of the Penal Code.

According to the investigation, in early April, many people used chainsaws, cars… to destroy 382 hectares of natural forest in sub-zone 205, and sub-zone 222.

Deforestation caused more than 1,000 m3 of timber damage.

Two students robbed in Ho Chi Minh city
